Police are working to determine where a shooting happened after a man has shown up at a Toronto hospital with a gunshot wound.

Officers were called to the hospital just before 8:30 p.m. The victim was then transported to a trauma centre by ambulance.

Paramedics tell CityNews the victim suffered life-threatening injuries.

No further information has been released.
