One person is in the hospital with leg injuries after a collision involving a motorcycle in Richmond Hill.

York Regional Police (YRP) officers were called to the Yonge Street and Lake Avenue area just after 4 p.m. for reports of a motor vehicle collision.

No description of the person injured has been released.

An investigation is ongoing.
