A section of the southbound and northbound Don Valley Parkway (DVP), and Don Mills Road has been closed after four vehicles have been involved in a collision.

Police say all southbound lanes are blocked, while only one northbound lane is open.

Toronto paramedics say two adults were transported to a trauma centre with non-life threatening injuries.

Significant delays are expected in the area.
