One person is in the hospital with unknown injuries after a house was levelled by a fire on Saturday morning.
Barrie Fire and Emergency Services confirmed to CityNews they were called to Marshall Street, west of Bayview Drive near Highway 400, for reports of a house explosion.
A neighbouring home suffered damage as well, but no other injuries have been reported as a result of the blast.
The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
