A man in his 60s is in the hospital after he was struck by a vehicle in North Toronto, police say.

Investigators say the crash occurred just after 7:01 p.m. in the Sheldrake Boulevard and Yonge Street area.

Police also say the driver remained on the scene while the man was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
