A woman has been taken to a trauma centre after a three-vehicle crash in Mississauga Wednesday evening.

Peel police were called to the collision near Hurontario Street and Bristol Road.

The woman was rushed to hospital in serious condition.

Southbound Hurontario was reduced to one lane at Bristol during the investigation but the roadway has since reopened.
