A man in his 40s was rushed to a hospital on Tuesday afternoon after a reported stabbing in Scarborough.

Police were called to the Sewells and Neilson Roads in the Malvern area just before 4 p.m.

Authorities say the man suffered non-life-threatening injuries and another man was arrested at the scene.

Police have not released the identity of the suspect or the victim and say that an investigation is ongoing.
